In Baranavichy the state newspaper Nash Krai (#91 for 5 August 2008) published another article about general Vankovich, who is a deputy now and intends to run for a seat at the Parliament again. This time it was made on behalf of some Dzmitry Mikhalavich (surname unknown).
This man allegedly came to the deputy with five saving books (two of which belonged to his father and three – to him) and asked to help in returning him the money, as it had been promised by the top rank country officials. He needed the money for medical treatment in Israel. Deputy Vankovich did not help to return the money, but helped the man to get to the cancer hospital in Barauliany, for which the elector thanks him now.
