An action dedicated to Constitution Day was held in Homel on March 15.
According to Homel human rights activists, a dozen youngsters were standing in the town center with the 1994 Constitution and the prohibited newspapers in their hands.
The activists were accompanied by policemen and several persons in mufti, but no detentions were made.
