Centralny court of Minsk began hearing of the administrative case against Maksim Viniarski, activist of the “Jeans – for freedoom” campaign. He was detained yesterday together with Paval Kuryanovich, at the entrance of the court building. The police claim he was using foul language. There is a number of violations of the procedural legislation during the trial: Viniarski was not given an opportunity to read through the police report and was not even given its copy.
Judge Tatsiana Pauliuchuk sentenced the guy to 10 days of arrest.
More and more people are gathering near the building of Centralny court of Minsk. Today activists of BPF Youth, Young Front, and “Jeans for freedom” campaign are tried here.
