The previous application was filed on 9 September. However, according to an activist of a republican NGO Perspective Aliaksandr Rubchenia, no answer was received from the authorities.
The meeting is to take place on 22 October near the Vipra Culture House of Deaf and Dumb. According to Rubchenia, many people can come to the meeting, even more than in Minsk.
