On September 23rd Minsk police detained Kastus Hrakhau. The member of BPF Youth was detained in the center of the city, at noon. During the search the police found stickers with invitation to the European March rally. Now Kastus is at Centralny police department in Minsk. He sent a text message to his mother that he would be tried on the next day at Centralny court of Minsk.
