Ivan Shyla, an activist of Young Front from Salihorsk, has received a summons to an administrative commission for 5 September.
The administrative commission will consider the reports for alleged swearing and disobedience that have been composed against him by the police. In fact Ivan Shyla was detained and beaten by the police during a cycle race on 19 August.
Bear in mind that on 4 September Ivan Shyla will stand a criminal trial under article 193.1 of the Criminal Code (activities on behalf of an unregistered organization).
