In the evening of 28 August Minsk city court left unchanged the verdict to Kanstantsin Lukashou, two years of conditional imprisonment for alleged resistance to the police. Bear in mind that on 29 March 2006 Kanstantsin Lukashou took his brother, well-known politician Viachaslau Siuchyk, from a hospital to which the latter got after police beating. Unknown persons in mufti showed to Kanstantsin signs to stop his car. He did not obey them and drove his brother away. Later a policeman Anatol Suschenia sued Lukashou alleging that he had been knocked down by the car.
