Today at 11.30 a.m. a verdict on Kanstantsin Lukashou’s case was to have been read. We should remind that yesterday the state accuser demanded to sentence Mr. Lukashou to 2 years of conditional imprisonment.
However, as HRC Viasna learned later, at first the court sitting was delayed for an hour. The matter is that the prosecutor solicited for hearing one more witness – guard Mikhail Hryb who could allegedly present additional information about the case.
However, hour proved to be not enough to find the witness. As a result the judge announced a break till 25 July.
