480 employers refused jobs to people whose parent’s rights were terminated

Over 480 employers have refused to provide working places to people whose parent’s rights have been terminated. Only 7 of them have been punished for that this year.
State officials think this situation is caused by the absence of stimulating procedures that would encourage employers to give jobs to such persons.
