Today on May 24 the House of Representatives passed the bill ˜On State Social Benefits, Rights and Guarantees of Certain Groups of Citizens’.
The bill deprives various groups of people of their social benefits, including military men, ex-prisoners of Fascist camps, students and pupils, Chernobyl victims etc.
