Zmitser Dashkevich Treated for Osteochondrosis in Prison Hospital

Youth activist Zmitser Dashkevich is treated for osteochondrosis in the national prison hospital in Minsk. He is injected Vitamin B12. The leader of the “Young Front” does not know for how long he is to stay in prison hospital. However, he says that all patients dream to get out of it, as conditions are very harsh there.

In the hospital any minor transgression is followed by a punishment. And there is no ease for prisoners undergoing therapy.

We have reported earlier, political prisoner Zmitser Dashkevich arrived to the national prison hospital in Minsk for a medical examination. Even before his detention doctors prohibited hard work to him, because of problems with his vertebral column. Despite of that, the youth activist was sent for wood cutting after detention. After that his pain in the back increased.

In Minsk Zmitser Dashkevich was visited by his lawyer. They discussed the issue of challenging the verdict and filing a supervision appeal.
