Doctors Promise to Release Information about State of Health of Zmitser Dashkevich Today
On April 18th, from 1 to 2 p.m., near the gates to Minsk national confinement hospital and Minsk prison # 1, doctors will release information about the state of health of Zmitser Dashkevich, leader of the unregistered Young Front group. Head doctor of the medical institution Aliaksei Paulichenka promised that on April 13th. On April 12th , Zmitser Dashkevich was sent from Sklou prison where he served his term to the prison hospital in Minsk.
The reason was frequent pain in the back Zmitser began to experience recently. It may possibly be connected with his work at a saw mill. Zmitser works there for 10 hours every day. Earlier Dashkevich’s mother Volha expressed concern about the health of her son, as doctors prohibited Zmitser to do hard work.
Zmitser Dashkevich was sentenced to 1.5 years of jail for acting on behalf an unregistered organization. He serves the term in Shklou jail. The jail administration inflicted 4 disciplinary penalties on him depriving him of a chance to be amnestied.
