Zhanna Putsitskaya, wife of Rechytsa BPF chair Valery Putsitski, filed a complaint to the local prosecutor’s office.
“I will fight for justice in the administrative case against my husband. On March 26 he is sentenced to 2 days of jail on the false accusation”, -- Putsitskaya told RFE/RL.
According to Zhanna Putsitskaya , in the evening of March 23 a stranger attacked Valery Putsitski near the doors of his apartment. His wife managed to scare the attacker away screaming “fire!” and attracting neighbors.
“I noticed a police car. The stranger ran in its direction. I tried to call for police but the line was silent for 30 minutes”.
Rechytsa prosecutor’s office says they will consider the complaint within 30 days.
