On March 23 Kastrychnitski court of Minsk sentenced member of BPF youth, former candidate at local election this year, to 3 days of jail. Siarhei Karpovich was detained by agents of the law-enforcing bodies in civil clothes near a subway entrance. In the beginning they told him he was suspected of stealing a cell phone. The guy was taken to Kastrychnitski police department and charged with disorderly conduct under Article 17.1 of the new Code of Administrative Offences.
