Police Warn Maladechna Activists

On March 22 police visited three Maladechna pro-democratic activists: Henadz Faryno, Yuras Aleinik, and Vital Zhyburtovich. Henadz and Yuras were not at home. The police officers asked their parents about the details of their political activity. Vital Zhyburtovich was invited to come to Maladechna police department. The police officers were interested in information about the local activists and about their plans on March 25. Local human rights activists report, Zhyburtovich was warned about responsibility for participation in unauthorized actions and released.

Today the police visited Henadz Faryno again. They insisted he should go with tehm to the police station. However, Henadz said he was busy and received summons to come to the police station on Saturday.
