In the evening of 14 March in Minsk the police detained Stsiapan Lutsevich, an under-age activist of the unregistered youth organization Young Front, for hanging a white-red-white flag on a 16-storeyed house.
According to the press-service of the Young Front the detention took place at about 10 p.m. Now the detainee’s location is unknown. Lutsevich hanged out the flag to mark months since Zmitser Dashkevich’s imprisonment.
