On Sunday at the railway station of Hrodna the border guards put down the personal data of the students who study in Poland on Kastus Kalinouski program. It happened at about 3 p.m., after the departure of a diesel train to Poland.
As said to RFE/RL by Iauhen Skrabutan (who studies the Belarusian philology in Warsaw), the border guards put down the information from his student certificate. Then they took away the certificate and the passport, but soon brought them back. He noticed that the border guards paid an especial interest to the student certificates of another two students of Kalinouski program, who were checked before him.
