Resident of Svetlahorsk Fined for Hanging out Kazulin’s Portrait
According to the Assembly of Democratic NGOs
A citizen of Svetlahorsk Natallia Bordak was fined by the administrative commission of a borough executive committee (headed by a deputy chair of the executive committee Aliaksandr Kamisarchuk) for alleged violation of article 143 of the Administrative Code, Violation of the sanitation rules’.
The matter is that in January 2007 Natallia Bordak and under-aged Arseni Iahorchanka were detained in one of Svetlahorsk streets for hanging out a portrait of Aliaksandr Kazulin.
N.Bordak applied to Svetlahorsk district prosecutor with an application in which she pointed that the policemen hadn’t composed a detention report and searched her personal belongings without witnesses. The prosecutor answered that there are special stands for posters and announcements in the city’.
