Public Reception Opened in Hrodna

Public reception room is one of the methods of self-organization and social support of the Belarusian-language community, states an electronic newspaper Pahonia. It has been established by volunteers. People can apply here on a wide circle of problems. The main task of the duty volunteers is to put down the essence of the problem and determine the time by which the applicant will receive an answer. As a rule, public reception rooms don’t solve problems, but give organizational, informational or consultative support.
