Sociologist Andrei Vardamatski threatened

After Vardamatski’s speech in European Parliament during the hearing on Belarus, Andrei’s mother received a number of strange calls saying she would be ‘destroyed’. Andrei’s father sent an application to the local police. In his interview Vardamatski said he hoped it was psychological pressure, not physical violence.

Vardamatski’s report dealt with various aspects of Belarusians’ attitude to the EU.
