A regional state newspaper Pinski vesnik refused to publish an address to the electorate by Aliaksandr Ramanovich, a member of Brest branch of the Belarusian People’s Front and a candidate to Brest regional deputy soviet. The official reason is that newspaper ‘has many articles with more important information to be published’. In his address the candidate raized the daily problems of his electors and proposed the ways they could be solved.
