A criminal case under article #192 of the Criminal Code has been brought against Aliaksandr Bulaukin, a member of the United Civil Party, because of ‘forging of the minutes of the UCP sitting #2 of 26 November 2006’ (which he passed to Kruhlaie district election commission for his nomination as a candidate to a deputy seat at Kruhlaie district deputy soviet. The case was brought by A.Chystsiakou, senior investigator of Kruhlaie district police department.
