On 19 December the police detained Kanstantsin Lukashou, brother of the well-known political activist Viachaslau Siuchyk. Since that the detainee has been kept in an investigative isolator. On his 15th day there, 4 January, he was finally charged with resistance to the police. According to V.Siuchyk’s information an investigator tried to interrogate Mr. Lukashou today. However, the detainee refused to testify and just said he was innocent.
