On 7 December the preliminary sitting on the case ‘Protestant community New Life vs. Minsk city executive committee’ took place at the Supreme Economic Court. The sides discussed their pretensions to each other. Before this the court commission annulled all previous decision that led to the hunger-strike of Protestants. During their action of protest the believers demanded from the authorities to return to them their piece of land, consider their building as a cult one and let them serve masses in it. The court is to solve the conflict.
