At 6 p.m. of November 21 Ales Abramovich collected signatures under the “Freedom Manifesto”. In 40 minutes the police detained him and took him to the city police department.

Police chief Alexander Maniak drew up reports of detention and strip-search. The police seized 6 copies of the Manifesto and 20 signatures of Barysau citizens in its support.
