Andrei Kusialchuk, advisor to Alexander Milinkevich, was detained in Hrodna last week. He was taken to Kastrychnitski police department where he spent the night from Sunday to Monday. On October 30 Kastruchnitski court of Hrodna sentenced him to 3 days of arrest.
He was found guilty of disorderly conduct (Article 156 of the Code of Administrative Infringements).
