Appeal of the editors "ARCHE.Pachatak" magazine will be heard by the Supreme Court on October 18 at 10 a.m. The editorial staff demands to cancel the warning about violating the law and the decision to suspend publishing of the edition.

Let us remind you that on September 19 the Ministry of Information suspended the magazine "ARCHE" for 3 months. The corresponding order was signed by head of the Ministry of Information Uladzimir Rusakevich according to art.16 of the Law on press and other mass media. The Ministry of Information claimed that the edition had changed its range of subjects and published several political articles. The problem is that the edition did not inform the Ministry about it and no correction was added into its registration certificate.
