Viachaslau Svizunou, a member of Babruisk Town Council, wants his employer to reengage him at his job as head of Leninski Borough Housing Department. He was fired on 17 July for ignoring the superior officials’ decrees.
Under the decision by Babruisk Leninski Borough Court, Svizunou’s employers were forced to reengage him at his job in January 2006.
On 14 September the court is going to reconsider Svizunou’s claim for a second time.
