The activist of democratic movement Aliaksandr Ramanovich was detained for distribution of the newspaper independent newspaper Narodnaia volia. The police composed on him a report and confiscated 261 copies of the newspaper. The activist considers these actions illegal. According to him, he was detained and the newspapers were confiscated because this issue contained a critical article about a local official.
