Every week police officers come to young opposition activist from Ragachou Katsia Zhylinskaya to pass the summons to court. The girl is likely to be fined with up to 50 basic values.

The young activist is charged with an administrative violation - illegal reception of payments, www.belngo.info reports. As the activists father Viktar Zhylinski says, the police siege started about 3 weeks ago. And in Mr.Zhylinskis view, the active social position of their family has stipulated for such an attention. During the presidential campaign of 2006, almost all Zhylinksis happened to be detained for their political views. And Katsia was a member of the tent camp in Minsk. After the election the young activist couldnt find job for several weeks, but finally she was employed to the local office of a mobile operator. In a while, however, tax inspection officers accused Katsia of untimely paying off a check, which resulted in an administrative case.

Viktar Zhylinski deems with this case the powers exercise pressure on their family. Moreover, Katsias parents cannot get a job until now, although Viktar has education background in law and pedagogics.

As for now, court and police officials cannot pass the summons to Katsia, because the girl is in Warsaw on the Kastus Kalinouski scholarship program.

Before the election head of the family Viktar Zhylinski was charged with coarseness and sentenced to 7 days of arrest. Katsias younger brother Kostsia was in the tent camp during the first day of the action. Later mother Sviatlana and sister Katsia took turns, and were detained when the camp was broke off. Sviatlana got 7 days of arrest, Katsia spent 4 days in the distribution jail in Akrestsin Street.
