On July 13 the Supreme Court of Belarus resolved to retain the decision of Minsk City Court of May 6, under which the Christian community Zapavet Khrysta was declared illegitimate.
The verdict was based on the fact that the communitys legal address did not comply with the new version of the Law on NGOs.
