According to the Assembly of NGOs’ press-service, Iury Svetlakou received a reply from the local prosecutor’s office, saying that the persons who were guilty of illegal detention of Svetlakou will be legally presecuted.
Svetlakou together with Mikita Bytsenka and Aliaksei Radomski were detained on June 25 for using foul language and antisocial behavior. The investigation lasted for 8 days. In the end the case was stopped because of the absence of corpus delicti.
Now Svetlakou wants to know who exactly is to blame.
