The piece written by the French composer Bruno Letord was performed by the symphonic orchestra and choir of Belarusian State Philharmonic Hall.
- When speaking about Chernobyl one cannot hold back tears, said Stephane Chmelewsky, French ambassador to Belarus. The aim of the project was to reflect the spiritual scale of the disaster. The requiem is dedicated to all the past, present and future victims of Chernobyl.
