On June 16 the Komsomolskaia Pravda v Belorussii journalist Aleh Ulevich sent an application to Minsk general prosecutor Mikalai Kulik.

The letter says: According to the letter sent by Minsk City Board of Internal Affairs, the case was stopped because of failure to identify the person to be named the accused. I want to state that the incident was witnessed by some 30 policemen. It was also filmed by three police cameramen. There were around 20 people around, too. To my mind, the investigation has not used all the possibilities to identify the criminals and bring them to court.

At the same time the possible culprits name Almaz riot squad policeman K.Tsiusheuski was mentioned in Aliaksandr Kazulins open letter of June 13 to the General Prosecutor of Belarus Piotr Miklashevich.
