Belaaziorsk resident persecuted

Kanstantsin Dzenisenia received a paper from Biaroza District Court saying that he would be legally persecuted. The paper was signed by Tatsiana Halouchyk.
The paper dealt with the fine of BYR 155,000 imposed on Dzenisenia for violating Article 172-3 of the Administrative Code (distributing printed media with illegitimate data-line).
Dzenisenia is not satisfied with the way the case had been considered by the administrative commission. He thinks that his rights have been violated and is going to appeal the decision.
