According to Charter 97s press-service, the other day he received a letter from Vitsebsk Prosecutors Office saying the following:
Your complaint has been considered& Vitsebsk Pershamaiski Borough Prosecutors Office has initiated a discipline case against police inspector I.Ye.Shablou.
The letter was signed by V.V.Iahorau, Prosecutor of Pershamaiski Borough.
Shchukin was detained on March 15, several days before the election day, and put to prison for 7 days for having insulted the members of election committee # 52 in Vitsebsk, as he tried to get registered as an observer.
