Repressed Activists Mothers Committee branch opened in Kiev
The information was provided by the Students Brotherhood organization.
On June 5 Students Brotherhood and Repressed Activists Mothers Committee reached an agreement to promote the Committees activity in Kiev.
The Committees branch in Kiev is aim at supporting the repressed Belarusian students, cooperating between Belarusian and Ukrainian students and providing recreation facilities and other interstate activities.
The Committee is also to carry out information activity about Belarus in Ukraine.
The leader of Students Brotherhood Oleh Yatsenko said: We saw the price of democracy in Belarus this spring. We are aware what our friends had to go endure. We will do our best to help Belarusian students in such a difficult condition. We are ready to cooperate with everyone who wants to support democratic values in Belarus.
