Aliaksandr Iausiaichuk claimed to recognize his administrative fine to be illegal and cancel his fine of 155 thousand Belarusian rubles. He got the fine for spreading the addresses among a public bus park.

The court canceled the decision of the administrative committee of Chyhunachny borough of Homel. Mr. Iasiauchuk considered his detention to be illegal, he had been spreading the leaflets for more than a month already.

They claimed I was detained by captain Navumenka in the bus park for spreading addresses among the park workers. The addresses said about the fact that the park chairmen disturb the registering of an independent Trade Union. The police drew up the protocol in my absence and said I refused to sign it. But the matter is that I havent ever even seen police captain Navumenka.  the activist reported.
Aliaksandr Iausiaichuk told the court that according to Trade Union rules one may spread the printed editions among the union members. That was what Aliaksandr Iausiaichuk doing, but not the day mentioned in the protocol.

Police captain Navumenka confessed in court on May 29 he hadnt detained Aliaksandr Iausiaichuk. Mr. Iausiaichuk is glad about the court decision: At least some justice. The illegality is coming to an end. I believe in fairness and it will come.
