A youth leader Iauhen Afnahel was arrested today in Minsk near the metro station Pushkinskaia. Iauhen Afnahel was seized by a policeman in mufti, handcuffed, packed in a car and taken to the police department of Maskouski borough. The reason for detainment is not explained.
