Homel State Security Committee (KDB) forwarded the documents of checking youth organization “Hart” and participation of Iulia Sivets and Siarzhuk Siamionau in it to the prosecutor's office. Before that Sivets and Siamionau got a subpoena to be in court as witnesses. In those days civil activist Aksana Siarhiaenka got a letter from the KDB Homel department. An official rejected an unexisting appellation of a criminal case against “Hart”. The letter stated: You appellation on the fact of illegal organization “Hart” and the participation of Sivets Iu. V. and Siamionau S. Iu. is rejected. The case is now forwarded to the prosecutor's office of Homel region.
Meanwhile Aksana Siarhiaenka claims she’d never written any appellations.
So, as Iulia Sivets and Siarzhuk Siamionau think there are document falsifications in order to presecute civil activists. They noticed that the pressure on the youth is taking place the latest 18 months.
