At 9 a.m. on 7 April 2006 the democratic activists of Miadzel district Andrei Abalevich, Ihar Kaurus and Zmitser Vinahradau were summonsed to the office of the head of Miadzel Town Board of Internal Affairs Vasil Malikau. He talked with each of the summonsed separately in presence of the head of Miadzel KGB and warned them about the inadmissibility to take part in the actions of protest against the inauguration of Aliaksandr Lukashenka that will take place in Minsk on 8 April.
