On March 23 Hrodna police detained Ivan Roman. Mr. Roman was detained at 10 a.m. after a meeting with Milinkevich’s agent Anatol Khatsko.
First time Ivan Roman was detained on March 18 in Minsk. That time he was taken to Lida jail, where on March 20 he was fined for using obscene language and released.
