On 20 March the judge of Mahiliou Leninski Borough Court Tarasava sentenced the activist of Zubr movement Aleh Miatselitsa to 5 days of jail for 'one more violation of article 156 of the Code of Administrative Violations. The reason for the trial was the report that was composed by the deputy chair of Mahiliou Leninski Borough Board of Internal Affairs lieutenant-colonel Chuhunou.

At 8.15 p.m. on 18 March Mr Miatselitsa was to have been released after two 15-day arrests (the first one -- for the unauthorized action Day of Solidarity, and the second -- after he was released he was taken to his native town and there allegedly beat two drunk persons). According to Chuhunou's report, in two minutes after his release Mr Miatselitsa appeared near house #182 in Krupskaia St. in Mahiliou (it is more than two kilimoters away from the detention center). There he clang to passers-by and swore.

According to Miatselitsa's wife and lawyer Natallia Miatselitsa, she met him at the entrance of the detention center on 18 March, but wasn't released. Acording to her, at 6 p.m. he was kept at Mahiliou Leninski Borough Board of Internal Affairs. There the police showed to him the report about the crime he would 'commit' two hours later.
