On 18 March in the settlement of Bobr (Krupki district) the police detained the artist Ales Pushkin. The chair of the public order department M.Makarevich, the senior lieutenant Valery Kostachka came to his house. The third policeman waited in the car. They told Mr Pushkin the chair of Krupki police wanted to talk with him and proposed to go to Krupki with them.
