At about 8.30 p.m. on 18 March in Homel the police detained Uladzimir Katsora, the chair of Homel regional electoral headquarters of Aliaksandr Milinkevich. When U.Katsora was on the way home, a youngster in plain clothes came up to him and asked a question. Mr Katsora started talking to him, and then there came the police and the youngster accused Katsora of swearing.
