According to the press-service of the National Alliance (Ukraine)
At 9.30 p.m. on 17 March in the train Chernnihiv-Homel the Belarusian border guards detained the deputy head of Luhansk regional branch of the organization National Alliance Ruslan Koniv, who was going to Minsk on invitation of the civil information campaign Enough!. At first the border guards said that the reason for the detention was that he didn’t have enough money to be let cross the border, but then said: ‘You are going to Belarus, but we have the presidential election’.
At 3 a.m. on 18 March Mr Koniv was taken to the train Minsk-Kyiv and taken to the first station on the Ukrainian territory, Hornostayivka, and set down there.
