According to Liubou Dzerhachova, wife to Ales Dzerhachou, since 6 a.m. the police kept duty near their house. At 1.15 p.m., when he went out, the policemen came up, twisted his arms and pulled into the car. When Liubou ran out to ask about the reasons for the detention, the policemen said they would take Mr Dzerhachou to the head of Smarhon District Board of Internal Affairs for a talk.
Liubou Dzerhachova informed about the husband’s detention the OSCE observers. They went to the DBIA to ask why the chair of Smarhon town headquarters of Aliaksandr Milinkevich was detained.
