Hrodna: Andzhei Pisalnik, Vadzim Saranchukou and Mikola Voran Are Imprisoned
On 15 Mrch at Hrodna Leninski Borough Board of Internal Affairs at the same time there were tried three public activists -- Andzhei Pisalnik (editor of the newspaper Glos znad Niemna’ in exile’), Vadzim Saranchukou (deputy chair of Hrodna city electoral headquarters of Aliaksandr Milinkevich) and Mikola Voran (representative of the electoral headquarters of Aliaksandr Kazulin). All of them were accused of ‘petty hooliganism (article 156 of the Code of Administrative Violations).
Andzhei Saranchukou and Vadzim Pisalnik were sentenced to 5 days of jail by the judge Natallia Kozel and Mikalai Voran - to 7 days of jail by the judge Matsiuk.
According to Voran’s lawyer Uladzimir Kisialevich, the defendant was in a very bad state of health, which was ignored by the court.
