On 15 March the Polish newspaper Rzeczpospolita distributed the information that the observers from Poland Vojciech Borodzicz-Smolinski and Katarzyna Kwiatkowska who had OSCE accreditation weren’t let to Belarus. They also had accreditation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and had valid visas.
