In the evening of 14 March in Vitsebsk the police detained the member of the initiative group of Aliaksandr Milinkevich Vital Brouka. The police accused him of swearing and foul behavior. On 15 March the activist was sentenced to 7 days of jail for alleged violation of article 156 of the Code of Administrative Violations (petty hooliganism).
